The homes in this section are available now, and are ready for immediate move-in.  While Benchmark Homes is a custom homebuilder, we realize that not every client has the time available to go through the custom building process.  That's why we always try to keep several "spec homes" available throughout the year for customers who want to move into a new home immediately, without the wait.  These homes are built to the same exacting standards we put into each of our custom homes, and come complete with all the unique features and upgrades our customers have come to expect.
