     Kim and I wanted to take a moment to write to tell you how incredibly happy we are with our new home.  We are truly amazed at its beauty and quality.  Friends, family, neighbors and strangers are constantly commenting that they have never seen such a stunning home.

     But as wonderful as the final product is, we think that the process of building it with you was even better.  We could never have imagined that a builder could be as innovative, organized, creative, practical, budget-conscious, dedicated and caring as you have been.  You might find one of those qualities in a builder and one in another, but to find them all in one place is rare and exceptional.

     And last, but not least, we feel that we made some really good friends along the way.

     So, thanks again for all that you have done, and please call on us any time to talk to prospective clients -- anyone who picks another builder is making a big mistake!

     From the initial design process, through the final construction, the Morrisons and their employees exhibited the utmost in quality, service and professionalism. As owners, Rich and Nancy Morrison provided a personal, “hands on” service throughout our building process that is uncommon in today’s business world. Their concern for the quality of our home and most importantly the “service after the sale” was outstanding.

     Just a note of thanks for the professional manner in which you managed the construction of our home.  It is a pleasure to deal with folks who know their business and live up to their commitments. 
     While we initially had concerns about starting this project knowing we would only be able to be on site once every few months, the Benchmark team took what we expected to be a root canal-like experience and turned it into something we actually enjoyed.

     Because we lived in New York City at the time, we were absentee owners during the construction process. We looked for a builder we could trust and depend upon. Our experience confirmed that “Benchmark does what it says it will do,” on time and with care. The job superintendent process was excellent – at any time we always had an immediate contact that knew and was in complete control of every minute construction detail.

     After researching and interviewing several builders, we selected Benchmark because they had the infrastructure and processes in place to enable them to meet, and in many cases, exceed, our quality and design requirements, could deliver excellent value for the investment and were dedicated to meeting our requirements in a timely fashion.
     Given that we were building from across the U.S., these attributes were critical to us. Their reputation among the trades, financial and legal professionals in the local area has proven to be well earned and totally justified.

     You have a good process for taking people from the development of a concept or an idea all the way through completion of a home.  Our Project Manager was very good, very communicative, and capable of discussing virtually every aspect of the project. Continue to surround yourself with the best people.  Our Project Manager was worth his weight in gold.

     When we decided to build a custom home, we chose Benchmark for their reputation for excellent quality and customer service. They kept us involved and informed during the entire process. The result is a beautiful, comfortable home that fits our needs for everyday activities, as well as entertaining.
